We know that all of your deliveries are important. However, not all of them are urgent. With Lex Courier you have at least 10 service type options ranging from Urgent to Next Day.
An Urgent delivery is handled immediately with a dedicated driver. Your package is picked up and delivered with no stops in between. This service is available 24 hours a day, everyday.

- Rush - 2 ½ Hour Service

Expect Extreme Customer Service
Over 90% of our orders come to us over the internet. This means that our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are not just order takers. Instead they're working with clients solving law firm logistic challenges.
Several of our CSRs were hired at Lex Courier because they had experience working in the mailrooms of national law firms. We hired people that clearly understand your requirements.
When Lex Courier handles your National and International deliveries, we provide a significant extra layer of Customer Service (Preferred Customer Service) whereby you place all orders on our system and we take care of all ordering, packaging, labeling, and tracking. This saves your firm significant time and money.
For some of our large law firms we even provide an on-site Courier Coordinator. This gives the firm an expert in courier management and saves the firm a significant amount of money. Ask us for details about how this works.
Our normal hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 6 PM. However, we provide 24 x 7 x 365 emergency service. So you can rest assured knowing that we'll be available when that emergency happens - and it will happen.
Expect Maximum Attention to Detail
You are dealing with serious legal issues and with very demanding clients. Your reputation is at stake every time you send a messenger to make a delivery.
We meticulously compare order notes with information provided on the package. We strictly adhere to your specific and detailed instructions every time. If we see or sense a problem, we contact you immediately and ask for instructions. We assume nothing.

Our Internet-based Order Management System is by far the most advanced and powerful system available in the industry. And it's simple to use.
You can place an order in seconds, track any shipment as it gets delivered, get order status and proof of delivery immediately, obtain a price quote to anywhere instantly, control passwords and access levels, manage your address book, and easily search your order history.
There is nothing for you to print out because Lex Courier uses a Legal Manifest in place of waybills!

Expect Professional Pick-up & Delivery
We use WAP enabled Mike radios. The messengers and the dispatchers are in constant communication with each other. The messengers we use follow a strict code of business conduct and always wear garb that identifies them as one of ours.
Expect a Single Invoice in Any Format
When Lex Courier handles all of your courier and messenger requirements you get a single invoice sorted and summarized by matter number for easy file allocation.
Your invoice is available in multiple formats and varying degrees of detail depending on your choices. It is always available to you as a downloadable from our Order Management System.
You can even have your invoice in electronic format compatible with your accounting system allowing for a simple upload of data. This eliminates significant data entry for many of our law firm clients.
